3D DESIGN & REVERSE ENGINEERING
BDC Fiberglass & Composites has an internal team of 3D designers and engineers that are able help you design, modify or upgrade your parts. Your project will be supported by a team of skilled professionals who find solutions to meet your design and development needs.

3D PRINT & PROTOTYPING
With facilities in 3 different locations, our offices are equipped with a total 5 large format 3D printers, 2 thermoforming machines and various CNC machines that complement our design business. We are able to create rapid prototypes and schedule times for faster more scalable manufacturing.

PRODUCTION
We know just how important production is to scale a business. Our highly experienced team of laminators and management is able to properly prepare the prototype for molding, plan the tooling, generate the positives, and set a streamlined framework for your production pieces.

REPAIR SERVICES:

GEL COAT REPAIR
From scratches, stress cracks, dings and gouges we are able to repair and renew gelcoat layers in boats, fins, water tanks, aerospace wings and much more.

FIBERGLASS REPAIR
Whether structural or aesthetic, your fiberglass repair will be left as strong or stronger than the original. From collision and grounding to basic deterioration, we have the knowledge and skills that it takes to get the job done right the first time!

STRUCTURAL REPAIR
Structural composite repairs are key to maintain rigidity and safety in work sites. We have a mobile team that is able to analyze damages and service, repair or recreate structural composites pieces.

FIELD SERVICE:
BDC Fiberglass & Composites can offer services to install, modify, and repair fiberglass and plastic components on site. Our highly trained teams enable is able to minimize production down-time related to fiberglass installation and repair.
